ST. AUGUSTINE CHAPTER NO. 17, R.A.M., INSTALLS 2013 OFFICERS

The 2013 officers of St. Augustine Chapter No. 17, R. A. M. were installed on January 15, 2013.  The installing officers were J. B. Hunt, KYCH, REDDGHP, Grand Installing Officer; Corbin P. Elliott, KYCH, REPDDGHP, Grand Installing Marshal; and Robert E. Hendren, III, KYCH, Grand Installing Chaplain.

NASSAU CHAPTER NO. 49 INSTALLS 2013 OFFICERS 

Nassau Chapter No. 49, R. A. M. of Fernandina Beach installed its new officers for 2013 on January 10, 2013.

 The Installing Team included M. Daniel Fullwood, KYGCH, MIPGM of the Grand Council, R. & S. M. of Florida, Grand Installing Officer; Darryl A. D’Angina, KYGCH, MEPGHP of the Grand Chapter, R.A.M. of Florida, Installing M. E. Grand Marshal, and Corbin P. Elliott, KYCH, PDDGHP, Installing Grand Chaplain.

Pictured after the Installation were the new officers with the Installing Team.  Standing in the first row, left to right, were Corbin P. Elliott, KYCH, PDDGHP, Installing Grand Chaplain; Darryl A. D’Angina, KYGCH, MEPGHP, Installing Grand Marshal; Richard G. Cobb, Incoming Excellent High Priest of Nassau Chapter No. 49; M. Chapter Presents Caroline Porter with Sweetheart Award    

On January 3, 2013 on its Installation Night, Jacksonville Chapter No. 12, R. A. M. presented Mrs. Caroline Porter, wife of Companion Gil Porter, P. S., with the General Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons International Sweetheart Award.

 Caroline Porter has worked tirelessly with her husband, Gil, in repairing and updating our York Rite robes and costumes for the Jacksonville wardrobe department.  She has also made from scratch probably over 20 hats for craftsmen and other characters in the various degrees.

Jacksonville Chapter No. 12, Royal Arch Masons, installed its new officers for 2013 at the Jacksonville York Rite Temple on January 3, 2013.

The Installing Team was composed of Glenn E. Chandler, MEPGHP, Installing Grand High Priest; Darryl A. D’Angina, KYGCH, MEPGHP, Installing Grand Marshal; and Charles R. Cooper, KYCH, Ex. Grand Principal Sojourner, Installing Grand Chaplain.

Nineteen New Companions Exalted at Jacksonville York Rite Festival 

 On November 9, 2012, Jacksonville Chapter No. 12, R. A.M. exalted 19 new Royal Arch Masons.  A number of the new Royal Arch Companions who could take time, are shown on November 8^th after they were introduced to Capitular Masonry and received the Mark Master and Past Master Degrees.  The new Companions are shown in the first three rows with R.A.M. Chapter Officers and cast members interspersed among them.

Palatka York Rite Bodies Present Honorary Memberships to David Aponte, PGC

Palatka Commandery No. 5, Palatka Council No. 18, and Putnam Chapter No. 9, on October , 25, 2012 presented Honorary Memberships to Sir Knight David A. Aponte, Right Eminent Past Grand Commander, Grand Prelate of the Grand Commandery, K. T. of Florida.

Sir Knight Dean White, Eminent Commander of Palatka Commandery No. 5, presented the Honorary Commandery Membership.  Paul James Mast, Illustrious Master of Palatka Council No. 18, presented the Honorary Council Membership, and Charles R. Holland, Excellent High Priest of Putnam Chapter No. 9, presented the Honorary Chapter Membership.

As many of you know, John Wermann (Most Excellent Grand High Priest), Dayle Schrock (Right Illustrious Deputy Grand Master) and I will be coordinating a Fund-raising cruise 8-15 September 2013 on board the Royal Caribbean “Freedom of the Seas”. This will help to raise charitable funds for our three (3) charities (royal Arch Research, Cryptic Masons Medical Research and Holy Land Pilgrimage). The more that go, the more for our charities. PAUL JAMES MAST RECEIVES DISTRICT 7 DDGHP AWARD 

At the York Rite District 7 Meeting on July 14, 2012 in Jacksonville, Companion Paul James Mast, of Putnam Chapter No. 9, R.A.M. in Palatka, received the District Deputy Grand High Priest’s Award.

It is given by the Grand Chapter R. A. M. of Florida on the recommendation of the District Deputy Grand High Priest.

In the picture shown, District Deputy Grand High Priest J. B. Hunt, KYCH, left, presents the award to Paul James Mast, right, of Putnam Chapter No. 9.

Seen in the background was M. E. Companion John F. Wermann, Most Excellent Grand High Priest of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Florida.

On June 23rd 2012 RE John F. Wermann was installed Sat. at 4:40 pm as the Most Excellent Grand High Priest of the Grand Chapter of RAM of Florida, at the Tampa York Rite Temple.  Installing Officer was MEPGHP Dan Dale, Installing Marshal was MEPGHP Virgil Brown and the Installing Chaplain was RE B. John Ross.
