In accordance with Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution of The Most Excellent Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Florida and the need for communication to the Craft of the progress of programs to be implemented, i.e. Duties and Guidelines of Symbolic Lodge Representatives or Procedures for the Ritual Competition; I hereby direct that all committees submit a monthly report to the Grand High Priest, Grand King, Grand Scribe and Grand Secretary. Realizing that some committees may only function during specific times during the Capitular year, I further direct that for those committees, the report may read as follows: No activity during this period.
