n accordance with Article 13.03, Section 13.03, Part J 1-3 of the Constitution of The Most Excellent Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Florida as amended by the 2007 proceedings and due to the fact that The Most Excellent Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons plans on conducting a ritual competition and that each Chapter should have an equal and fair opportunity to participate in this competition; I hereby direct that the District Instructors in conjunction with the District Deputy Grand High Priest and under the direction of the Committee on Work hold no less than two (2) schools of instruction, at each constituent Chapter, within their respective Districts.
